Instructions for usage:
• Apply Kinoki detox patch one hour before bedtime.
• Wash and dry your feet or body part before applying the Kinoki Detox Patch.
• Take one adhesive sheet and slowly peel off the paper.
• Place the foot pad on the adhesive where noted "Put adhesive sheet on
this side" and place it onto the soles of your feet or the desired area of
the body. (Socks can be worn if necessary.)
• Wear for 8-10 hours, then remove the pad.
